Oct. 11th, 2006 07:15 pmHey all, not had a chance to update recently! Uni is hectic!
Trying to meet new people, classes, homework, drunkeness, etc. takes its toll!
I currently have a sore throat and the toothache, so my jaw is about to fall off!
I can't think of anything exciting so I'll update when something happens! lolz.
vartanluvva, everything is going great, and on the depression front, st. johns wart is working a treat! Thanks for asking Michelle!

Sep. 12th, 2006 06:42 pmDays have turned away from me.
Sep. 6th, 2006 05:58 pmI'd just like to thanks
avonassac,
wiccagirl24,
paintedrainbows and
anamin for the support they gave a few posts down. It really cheered me up and I've been feeling good again the last few days. It good that I can finally talk about this directly rather than ambiguously.
House premiered yesterday and I'm just downloading it! Inducing squees from my mum!
Its my sisters birthday today, sweet sixteen! She got a laptop, lucky bitch! Although I did get a camera and a phone for my 16th. *sigh* Good times. I went and got my hair cut today, I shall pic spam you all later, its v. cool in my opinion! XD
I got a whole load of books from my work today, The Monsters Inside by Stephen Cole (a DW book), Perfume by Patrick Suskind and The Bell Jar, and Collected Poems by Sylvia Plath. I'm still reading Misery by Stephen King too. I just got a little carried away when I was browsing through the catalogue on Monday. Gah, working in the library has its pros and its cons!
Oh, and a big, big thanks to
avonassac for sending me the balloons! That really cheered me up yesterday! XD Love you!

Sleep Deprivation Bad...
Aug. 7th, 2006 06:37 pmAck, so much for my magical sleeping pills. I've had it up to here with this herbal crap, I want drugs dammit. <G>
So, I got 3 hours sleep last night. I lay in my bed from 11 til 4 in the morning developing a major John Frusciante obesession by listening to A Will To Death and Stadium Arcadium on my iPod. Then I had to get up at 7.30 for my work. Poo. So hopefully I'll get a good sleep tonight, but my exam results are coming tomorrow, so its not likely.
AHHH! Exam results. I'll find out if I get to do the course I want or not. I'm so nervous, I really hope I do because I put in so much work, but I need maths and, well, maths is just a bitch. If I'm on LJ tomorrow being emo you know all has went wrong, so be preparded with bagels and hugs.
So now I'm going to get my bags packed for my holidays. I don't know if it'll be a good holiday or bad holiday, all will be revealed tomorrow.

Obsessions, Geekiness and Losing.
Jul. 30th, 2006 01:24 pmI'm like the worlds worst loser. Seriously. Just as well I won at Cluedo, Ker-Plunk, and Cranium last night then!
Normal 18 year olds would be out getting drunk and the like, me and my friends are sitting watching Scrubs and Bring It On and playing board games til 4 in the morning. Geeks, us? Never.
Then Steph and I had to sleep in the same bed because my sister never left a duvet for Steph. It was fine though. I stole all the covers, heh.
I'm developing a definite Flaming Lips obsession, as well as a John Malkovich obsession. Thanks
anamin. I need something to fill up the hole Doctor Who left! I got The Ressurection Casket and The Feast of the Drowned the other day on Spoken Word CD. So far I've been able to not listen to them yet. I don't know if I can go another 2 weeks til I'm on holiday though.
I went to see The Break Up on Tuesday with my mum. I can't believe I didn't know Vincent D'Onofrio was in it. I squee'd reeealy loudly when I saw him. The girl in front of me turned to give me a disapproving look. He was looking a little Full Metal Jacket than his usual self but I still love him to pieces. Now theres an obsession that's gathering dust on the shelf!
